Brilliant! be question to wait for it.

Gaspar Noé is a hard type, very hard. In some things is a genius can seem a clown but in others (like Marilyn Manson about image).
Truly I recommend mainly his first film "Seul contre tous" and the final shot (plane) of "Irreversible" mounted with the music of Beethoven really matchless.

Episode 12 should be up in an hour or two.

Gaspar Noé looks interesting. Apparently he is part of a 'school' called: New French Extremity

At first, I thought this was research into how far laziness and complacency could be pushed. But no, it's a 'school' of film directors!

We're going to try for 4 episodes this week before Sunday. Last week's Ep. 12 and this weeks three. Wish us luck. Hope we can make it.

I give the Brave One maximum otters, why, because I feel that it totally conveys what it is to take revenge from a female point of view. No soft lenses, no sexy dialog, noir back drop, gritty performance by Ms Foster. The film personifies that the states representatives the police, when overlooking her emotional state, miss the clues and are therfore incompetent...

Internal Affair's is my baby! I love it to death, again maximum otters, was disppointed in The Departed because it lacked conviction and the tension of being discovered...

Munich is my film need I say more, maximum otters, why because the state of Israel needs to defend itself and will go to any lengths and I find that commendable somehow, because Munich is based on real events, a friend of mine has termed what Eric Banners character goes through as 'Check point syndrome' where your humanity divides in two, the enemy has no humanity and you care desperately about your family, two seperate worlds, and the more you do the duty at the 'check point' the more dual your sense of humanity, basically it is a sickness.

5 Minutes of Heaven will I suppose get maximum although I haven't seen it yet, because again we see the need to find closure and that closure could restart the war again...

Incredibly all the films are based on real events and in reality motivation is the extension of revenge is the economic market that can sustain it indiffinitely ( Internal Affairs)(5 minute of Heaven) the lack of legal precedent in protecting women's rights (The Brave One) As for Israel it it en exceptional state and unique law to protect itself ( Munich)

as long as revenge is played out in real life we will find brillant films...
